If this were Food Network's "Chopped", the chefs would open their baskets to prepare the main course and find peanut butter, tomato sauce, oysters and papaya leaves, and they'd be expected to make something.
Actually, peanut butter with tomato sauce might make for a sweet red sauce that you could use with Asian chicken or something. It would definitely need a little help.
Or, you could make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich....
* peanut oil (or any cooking oil) * one chicken (for the gourmet version, four to six chicken breasts) cut into bite-sized or serving-sized pieces * one or two onions, cut up * one or two cloves of garlic, minced (optional) * one cup tomato paste (or tomato sauce) * one cup peanut butter (natural, or homemade is best) * one cup water * cayenne pepper or red pepper, black pepper, salt
I am not the most consistent person you will ever know. I might write my own blogs...I might not. I tend to say too much and then regret it so if I do write, hopefully I'll re-read what I've written and then delete most of it. I Love Jesus.I am trying to reach the point in my life where I remember to "give it to God". Sometimes, I forget that he is in charge and then I try to do it myself. So far the results should be proof enough that I need to let him take over. I'm working on it with help from a few special people.
I am a firefighter and an EMT, and of course I am an adrenalin junkie. I am more focused and work best under stressful situations.
I have 2 kids whom I adore. They are boys ages 12 and 17. They are proof that I don't ALWAYS work best under stressful situations!! But, we'll be fine.
I have tons of respect for our military and our country.
My Blog title is Monkey's Are Funny...ok, they really aren't that funny but that's what my sister and I say when my ADHD kicks in. (long story)
Also, I tend to ramble....

Their acts were in keeping with the highest traditions of the Blog-O-Sphere and reflect great credit upon themselves and the Blog-O-Sphere in general. You are weird.
I say that in the loving way only a sister could.
It's so deep over here. LOL!
Make that all natural peanut butter, the kind that lists only peanuts in the ingredients, and homemade jam- not too much sugar, and I agree fully.
But then peanut butter is compatible with chocolate and celery and honey and butter and happy dog owners so...
I have concluded that peanut butter is a promiscuous food. A food slut, if you will.

OK, I don't even want to know why you were comparing peanut butter with tomato paste, was that?
Certainly you didn't find a recipe...Eeeewwwww!
