Today is Tuesday.
You Know What That Means.
We're Gonna Have a Special Guest.
IT'S HERE!! FINALLY!!!!!
Today is the first day of school for most kids here in Virginia.
What does that mean for me? Ah, well.....not much. Just another quiet day around the house. Just a regular day. Just like any other day....

I can picture you dancing around the house just like that!! Just put the empties in the recycling bin. LOL!
Rainy back to school day, but perfect for you to nest down in your "cave" and be alone. Enjoy your "YOU" time.
My kids stared school 3 weeks ago, and are in school longer than any other school in the county, because of our busing system.
Jenny
It flicked me the "error" message. I didn't get to watch it, but I am laughing anyway. Enjoy your day!
Mazel Tov!
It's a great day!! (Or, perhaps I'm in denial until later this afternoon when I get the real scoop. Until then....)
Enjoy the school days. They turn into skool daze too fast and then the nest is yours to remember when...
Love this musical and this scene! Picturing you dancing around with your favorite bottled drink on your head celebrating your solitude today.
As for me, I'm doing laundry and digging myself out of a vacation hole of projects and homeschooling chaos. Nothin' much.
Cheers!
Do you have a party hat on there?
We have two weeks left of school before two weeks holiday. Then it's on to term 4,the shortest term of the year. Scott finishes for summer holidays on the 18th of December but Steph finishes a couple of weeks before then, when she has completed her year 11 exams. I love school holidays. Means I get to sleep just that little bit longer because I only have to organise myself in the morning. No lunches to pack, no socks or clean school uniform to find... No notes to be written about why the homework wasn't done, no library books to find or eventually pay for, only to find a couple of days later...
Next year we are going to be more organised! See, I'm SO organised I'm making a new years resolution in September! Now, that's hard core!
LOVE Fiddler on the Roof! And the Bottle Dance always fascinated me.
