This is an excerpt from Alberquando's first German 1 quiz.
The directions were to translate the German words into English.
Note the one he missed.....
1. der karotte....... carrot
2. der apfel....... apple
3. sauer.........sour
4. grün.........green
5. der Volkswagen..............?????
OK, I definitely would have missed numbers 1-4 and I'm proud he knew them but I can't help but laugh that the one he missed is the only obvious one. Perhaps the correct answer to number 5 is Chevrolet??
